Ladies have unique and important responsibilities in the Church of Christ. 

Ladies support the leadership in organizing and implementing many of the congregation's activities. Some of these activities include:

• teaching women
• teaching children in Sunday and Wednesday Bible classes
• preparing communion
• managing the teachers' resource room
• managing the library
• hospital visitation
• follow-up with visitors
• personal evangelism
• food pantry/benevolence
• Vacation Bible School
• correspondence courses such as World Bible School
• food for sick and bereaved members
• mentoring Lads to Leaders
• Ladies' Days and Retreat
• updating bulletin boards
• decorating for events
• kitchen organization
• many other activities
